Institute of Electrical Engineering and Electronics
The Institute conducts research in the following areas:
- research and modeling of renewable energy sources and storage as well as strategies of their operation in an energy system,
- modern power electronics and electromechanical energy conversion systems in electromobility and renewable energy systems,
- sensors and electronic measurement systems in technical systems and biomedicine,
- analysis and synthesis of modern lighting systems, taking into account, i.e., ergonomics and safety of road users.

The Institute conducts research in the following areas:
- Theory of normed, quasi-normalized and F-normed spaces, including:
- functional space geometry,
- spaces of point products, multipliers and factorization of functional spaces.

- Operators on the space of analytical functions.

- Applications of differential geometry and symmetry theory (Galois symmetries) in problems of mathematical physics.
