On November 14, 2022, there was a ceremony of signing a cooperation agreement between the Poznan University of Technology and School Complex No. 1. in Swarzedz. The parties were represented by prof. Teofil Jesionowski – the Rector of the Poznan University of Technology, Przemysław Jankiewicz - Director of the School Complex No. 1 in Swarzedz, and Jan Grabkowski - the Poznan the District Head.
The signatories unanimously emphasized the mutual benefits of the agreement. The cooperation aims to develop students' interests in science and engineering subjects, expanding their knowledge and skills in this area and promoting the university's didactic offer.
The school conducts education in the scope convergent with the offer of the Poznan University of Technology. These include IT specialists, mechatronics specialists, automation specialists, logistics specialists or technicians of renewable energy devices and systems. It is the foundation for successful cooperation - supporting talented young people, and at the same time opening the university to new candidates. It fits perfectly within the strategy of PUT as a friendly university open to the needs of the environment.
